Shipping

Shipping is carried out within Germany as a large letter including a tracking number, and within the EU and the rest of the world with DHL as a registered parcel including a tracking number.

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €3.50. For larger items, e.g., jewelry stands, the shipping costs are €6.00.
Shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of €6.00, and the rest of the world are a flat rate of €14.00.

Delivery Times

All items are made to order and will be shipped within Germany and abroad (within the EU) within 1-2 business days of payment. Please note, however, that I have no influence on the delivery time.

Failed Deliveries

If the delivery to the buyer fails because the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or the shipment was not picked up from a branch, a reshipment will only be made if the buyer covers the direct costs of the reshipment.

All product prices are total prices plus shipping costs. Sales tax is not shown (§ 19 UStG).
