Materials used:

All my jewelry is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust- and nickel-free. This makes it suitable for allergy sufferers. The gold pieces are all either 18k or 24k gold-plated, so the color lasts even longer.
The thread earrings are made of high-quality 925 sterling silver.

I generally recommend protecting the jewelry from contact with water so that the alloy is not damaged. You should also avoid contact with creams or other chemicals. It's also worth removing jewelry when exercising, as it can pose a risk of injury, and sweat also attacks the surface.

When wearing glasses chains, you should avoid jerking on the beads. To attach it to your glasses/sunglasses, simply slide the rubber loop onto the temple. Avoid pulling on the chain here as well.
